Orders and Shipping

Priority shipping generally takes two to three days to most of Australia. Our standard shipping uses Australia Post Parcel Service. This can take from three to seven days depending on your location. Note that some remote locations may require an extra day or two.

Just click on the ‘My Account’ icon at the top right of this page and follow the instructions. As soon as you complete your registration, you’ll be eligible for an automatic 10% discount and $5 standard shipping!

Just log in to your account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ icon on the top right, log in and then scroll to ‘Addresses’ on the left. You can update both billing and delivery addreses.

You will be sent a tracking number shortly after we ship your order. 

Absolutely not! Your payment is processed directly with the payment processor.

GST is already included in our pricing. It is shown separately on your receipt.

You are currently on the Australian site. Please use the country locator in the top menu bar to select the region nearest you. Note that we do ship to NZ customers from our Australian warehouse.

If you place an order for multiple items, they will be shipped together. 

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Return your order unworn, with all labels still attached and in the original packaging for a replacement or full refund.

In the very unlikely event of this happening, we will, of course, make good on your order.

Fortunately, it’s hard to break lingerie! Rest assured that we will always be here to fix any problem.

You will be provided with a return label with all required information.

Email or message us immediately. Orders received before 1:00pm are usually shipped the same day. If your order has left our premises, we cannot get it back.

Unfortunately, no. However, you can choose to be notified when the style is back in stock.
